Deaf Fest for Vendors

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

● Vendors must bring their own table. Table size 4x8 or smaller only  ● Maryland Deaf Community Center will provide chairs only.

● Vendor spaces will be assigned by event staff.

● Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event.

● Set-up and tear-down times will be provided before the event.

VENDOR APPROVAL

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

Maryland Deaf Community Center reserves the right to review all applications and determine whether a vendor’s products, services, or business are a good fit for the event and community audience.

FOOD VENDORS

Any vendor selling food or beverages must provide:

☐ Certificate of Insurance (COI)

☐ Required permits/licenses (if applicable)

Applications from food vendors will not be approved until all required documentation has been received.
