About the event
Join Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater, the Maryland Deaf Community Center, and the Maryland School for the Deaf for a ceremony honoring Deaf History Month. We are excited to welcome a panel of residents who will discuss their historical and present experiences in Frederick County as deaf community members.
Due to a limited amount of seats available, we ask you RSVP to ybravo@frederickcountymd.gov by March 24.
A video of the event will be released in April and televised on FCG TV.
Parking: Lot entrance on Hessian Alley between South Carrolll St. and S. Market St.
Doors will open at 10:30 am. Visitors are welcome to tour the Bjorlee Museum before and after the event.
